Customer Care Executive (2)

Reports to: Product Manager

Duty Station: Kampala

Job Summary: Reporting to the Product Manager, the Customer Care Executive shall take lead in attending to
our clients, advising and helping them on all issues regarding Tunza and Dei Technologies
products. As part of this role, she or he will offer support to the team, provide distinct customer
service, and facilitate efficient programme execution.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  •  Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the
    time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
     Manage large amounts of incoming and outgoing calls
     Generate sales leads
     Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
     Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and
    interactive communication
     Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
     Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
     Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
     Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Qualifications and experience:

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with experience of
two years in a similar role in a busy commercial environment.

Key skills and competencies:
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
     Track record of over-achieving quota
     Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
     Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Sales Executive (2)

Reports to: Business Development Manager

Duty Station: Kampala

Job Summary: We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Sales Executive to identify customer needs and provide value propositions for designated product lines. He or she will act as a link between our brand marketing / product development team and the target enterprise customers to drive high conversion and adoption rate for designated product lines. The sales executive should possess strong sales, negotiation and closing skills, based on superior understanding of key account management and the target user market with work experience in a professionally run sales environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  •  Work with the Brand Executive to build pipeline and generate new opportunities
     Accurately analyze expansion opportunities within key installed accounts; assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
     Lead efforts to convert customers into advocates for our products within key accounts and collaborate with team members in brand and product teams to make it happen
     Develop customer relationships and accelerate opportunities to close partnerships
     Collaborate with brand executives and development teams to ensure successful business development within target customers segments
     Continue to oversee and manage strategic accounts after closing deals
Qualifications and experience:

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business administration or related qualification. Possession of professional qualification in CIM is an added advantage. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as software sales executive

Key skills and competencies:

Personal Assistant to the Chairman

Reports to: Chairman

Duty Station: Kampala

Job Summary: The purpose of this role is to help the Chairman in his day-to-day schedules and activities to enable him focus on the strategic aspects of the business.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Act as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Manage diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the Chairman
  • Book and arrange travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Organise events and conferences.
  • Remind the Chairman of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Type, compile and prepare reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Manage databases and filing systems.
  • Implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems.
  • Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients.
  • Collate and file expenses arising from the office of the Chairman.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports for the Chairman
Qualifications and experience:

The ideal position holder shall hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, International Business Management or any other related qualification. Possession of three (3) years’ experience in a similar role in busy and corporate environment shall be of an added advantage.

Driver to the Chairman (Kampala, UG)

Reports to: Personal Assistant to the Chairman

Duty Station: Kampala

Job Summary: The purpose of this job is to drive the Chairman and make him accomplish all activities on time and as scheduled.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Drive keeping the road safety regulations all the times.
  • Be punctual and be at least 15 minutes to the designated time and place.
  • Display a good behavior, excellent manners and helping attitude.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality on all conversations and information heard during transport assignments.
  • Arrange for vehicle care and maintenance (i.e. oil change, tire rotation, cleaning, etc.).
  • Maintain awareness of current road systems and conditions by monitoring news and traffic reports, adjusting routes as necessary to avoid delays.
  • Candidate should be attentive and available on immediate call basis at any time include weekends.
Qualifications and experience:
  • Secondary school or diploma
  • At least 4 years’ experience as executive driver for Top management: VP, Chairman, CEO, MD
  • Good communication skills with ability to speak and read English
  • Age from 30 to 40 years,
  • Have a valid driving license.
  • Training in defensive driving will be added advantage
